Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Love that it’s non-GMO and easy to prepare!

When I want a quick and easy snack I just put this on a hot pan heat both sides and then place some feta cheese in it, fold in half and let the cheese heat up and melt a little….quick and lazy, but tastes so good! Must defrost first, maybe an hour or less…

Authentic aroma and taste!

I know Mexican food... These seemed small but I bought them anyway and the are just the right size and thickness for a snack or a breakfast wrap. The smell when toasting them and the texture and flavor are the real deal.

I love corn tortillas, these are authentic, taste and smell just like the ones I’ve had in Mexico. Now I can have it at home whenever I want instead of having to go look for a taco scoop that uses corn tortillas, let alone blue corn ones.
