These are fine cubes made from the filet of the shoulder of lamb also known as the eye of the shoulder. One of the finest cuts of lamb - a cut that deserves more attention for the tenderness and flavor it provides. These cubes are extremely versatile, surprisingly tender, and come with rich marbling. These will give you and your family a gorgeous and memorable lamb experience. You get one pound (450g) of cubes/dices. You can use the cubes for stews and cook low and slow - they will melt in your mouth.
