These are cubes from the striploin or the ribeye. Whenever we process the whole striploin or ribeye into steaks we have sizes that fall under our specifications, these get cut into dices/cubes and end up as 250g packs. Logically we only have a few of these. Because these are cuts from a primal used for steaks and not trimmings you can expect them to be incredibly tender - just like the steaks. These are way too good to use for stews. We love using them for skewers aka. veggie kebobs or that Sunday steak bowl. All you need is vegetables, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh black pepper.
Grass-fed pasture-raised beef from Australia and New Zealand - the land of grass-fed beef. This is not only grass-fed beef, but this is also free of antibiotics, growth hormones, and free of GMOs - if you are looking for clean grass-fed and grass-finished beef with a high red meat to fat ratio this is your best choice.

I am on a carnivore diet, and being able to enjoy high quality meat through Horizon Farms is like a dream to me.
Thank you so much for your effort in making your customers happy.
Made stew with these and the taste is just great.
Translated from Japanese: Cooked it in a pressure cooker.
It was insanely tender and delicious!
I'm supposed to not be able to tolerate beef, but this one doesn’t make me sick and it was very tasty😊
I can't eat supermarket meat anymore after eating meat from Horizon Farms😅haha
Translated from Japanese: I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Monday, so I was able to eat it on Tuesday. I had never thought that the meat with low oil content was delicious, but this was very delicious. I ate it because the gravy was a little red, but it didn't smell and now I want to eat it every day. Though it’s expensive...
The photo shows only half of the product. I put it in salted koji for 2 hours.
Translated from Japanese: This time, I changed my mind and tried this "soft diced steak". Cutting it short, it was difficult to cook. The four sides of the meat were cooked and overcooked. Like in a yakiniku restaurant, it may be good to eat while grilling and turning it over and over again. I think it’s recommended for outdoor BBQ. The meat itself was tender and delicious.
