Buy More, Save More

Bringing you a concept that is gaining big momentum amongst the (healthy) conscious carnivores out there: nutrient-dense ground meat that includes organ meat. In this case, 10% beef hearts, 10% beef liver, and 80% of clean and pure beef chuck. But why? Organs are extremely nutrient and vitamin dense - we all know that - but just a tiny fraction of us dare to actively eat organ meat due to misconceptions, unawareness, or simply because we don't like the taste or the thought of it. So we "hide" the organ meat for you! You and your kids won't likely notice it. But just 20% is enough to cover a lot of the daily required nutritional intake. One pack is 340g (12oz.) sized.

Taken straight from the freezer and defrosted in cold water a pack is ready for cooking in under 1h.  Use in your favorite recipes just as you would with regular ground beef such as beef pasta, tacos, meatballs, sliders, hamburgers, beef chili, sloppy joes, meatloaf, and the list goes on. And we don't use just any beef. This is the best beef money can buy. All year free-range raised on massive pasture land in the heart of Nebraska. Grass-fed their entire lives and grain finished for 200 days on vegetarian feed. Of course all free of growth hormones and antibiotics. See more about the ranch below.

To give you more insight: This concept is also known as a primal blend because it goes back to the way our ancestors ate. Most of the meat that we consume nowadays is muscle meat. The folks that follow the paleo diet (a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans excluding dairy or cereal products and processed food) keep stressing out that if we want to eat like our early ancestors, we need to eat "nose to tail" as they did back then - that means making use of the whole animal. Our ancestors didn't just eat the chicken breasts and the filet steaks, their diet included skin, cartilage, bone marrow, organ meats, tendons, and fattier meat cuts. Our primal blend is just that, a nutrient-dense blend that includes organs enough to give you and your family a wide array of vitamins and minerals without compromising the familiar taste of meat.

Morgan Ranch Beef - one of the finest and most luxurious American beef money can buy. Directly imported into Japan from the Morgan family Ranch which located in the pristine environment of the Sandhills in the heart of Nebraska. Discover the true taste of American beef. Free-range, pasture grazed, then finished on 100% vegetarian grain feed (200 days) for superior marbling, tenderness, and unprecedented taste experience. Never have the cows been treated with growth hormones or antibiotics! Morgan Ranch Beef is featured on the menus of the finest restaurants in the world including Michelin starred ones. Ground Beef with Organ Meat Recipe Instructions

Morgan Ranch Ground Beef with Organ Meat

A recipe that our family loves. It is very quick and easy to prepare and keeps you full the whole day and kids love it. You need garlic, onion, diced tomatoes in a can, olive oil, salt, pepper, and of course high quality and healthy meat.

Morgan Ranch Ground Beef with Organ Meat

Saute the diced onions and garlic and add the meat shortly after. Make sure to keep chopping it so it distributes evenly into smaller portions.

Morgan Ranch Ground Beef with Organ Meat

Once the meat is almost cooked, add the diced tomatoes. Use all-natural high-quality tomatoes if possible. Of course, freshly cut tomatoes are the better option Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Stir well.

Morgan Ranch Beef with Organ Meat

Now add your favorite pasta and top with another layer of diced tomatoes. Top it with mozzarella cheese. Our Mozzarella cheese is made for cooking.

Morgan Ranch Beef with Organ Meat

Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to the minimum. Keep checking on the pasta doneness. Also if you notice that the liquid has completely evaporated but the pasta is not done yet. Add more diced tomatoes or water - don't forget to cover with a lid.

Morgan Ranch Beef with Organ Meat

Once the pasta had reached the perfect doneness, usually in 8-12 minutes, you can turn off the heat. Mix again and make sure the mozzarella is mixed well within.

Morgan Ranch Beef with Organ Meat

Serve while warm. Morgan Ranch ground beef comes with "hidden" organ meat. It is hardly noticeable but very nutritious.

Morgan Ranch Beef with Organ Meat

Our baby could never tell the difference. Serve your family only the best. Meat from the Morgan Ranch is the best beef money can buy. We guarantee that.

Unbeatable

Nothing beats these burgers - and I had many in my life. Thank you for bringing quality products to Japan.

Nothing but delicious.

Translated from Japanese: Arrived after two days.
Grilled one (patty) in a frypan.
Used the second patty to break it into pieces for minced beef.

Really delicious.

There’s no artificial additives

Translated from Japanese: It’s meat of really good quality that is very delicious when you grill it with only salt and pepper! That’s what my children say.
It’s relieving that the meat is simple and organic.

Meaty

Translated from Japanese: I baked them in the oven together with vegetables, and after putting melting cheese and tomato on top, I turned the heat up for a few minutes. I also lightly put salt on top. It was a burger that works well with simple seasoning, has a rich flavor and chewy texture. Even though it’s a hamburger, the meat is amazingly firm and was very delicious.
I think I will order again.

You can firmly taste the meat

Translated from Japanese: I always make hamburger steak with grass-fed minced beef, but when I used this minced meat, the taste has changed considerably.
II could firmly taste the meat and the taste of fat was different from other beef, too. It became a very delicious hamburger steak.

Translated from Japanese: I bought it because I want my children to eat food that is safe and of good quality. The oil was also reasonably good. I would like to order again.

Translated from Japanese: I stir-fried it with salt and pepper and chopped onions to form them into hamburger steaks. You can only eat this after trying it. Next, I'll eat it without salt and pepper. I will also make meat sauce! I have to keep it in stock all the time.

Very delicious

Translated from Japanese: I was surprised that the meat itself was so delicious that I didn't need salt and pepper! The contents are divided into two, it’s easy to cook and it was easy to eat, so I would like to order again.

Juicy

Translated from Japanese: I like it very much because it’s juicy and I will reorder it many times. You can rest assured that hamburgers, tacos, meatballs, etc. will make your dining table even more enjoyable!

Translated from Japanese: I made a delicious Bolognese. I would like to buy it again.

Translated from Japanese: It's really low in fat, it's delicious and I really like it. I can't think of buying meat except for here at Horizon Farms' shop. I used to buy meat at a butcher shop in a supermarket or department store, but I should have bought lean meat. When I opened the pack, the fat part was hidden behind the lean meat, which made me angry. This happened often. Marbled meat, which has more fat than lean meat, is out of the question, so I will continue to buy this low-fat minced meat.

Ordering again

Translated from Japanese: It was more than I expected. After thawing, I only added salt and pepper and garlic powder and mixed it. A delicious hamburger without sauce was made.

You can use it for any dish

Translated from Japanese: I save it in tupperware for busy times
I put it in fried rice or sprinkle it on a salad
I order it every time because it can be used widely
Wagyu beef that does not use hormones or other drugs is deliciously enjoyed
Thank you!

As shown in the photo. Delicious skirt steak.

Translated from Japanese: The meat was as shown in the picture. Rather than being thin, I had the impression that it was surprisingly thick and satisfying to eat. I’m very happy to be able to eat harami, which is difficult to obtain at supermarkets, at home! Of course, the taste is delicious. But I'm glad that it's not greasy because it has a lot of lean meat and it has a moderate amount of fat.

Translated from Japanese: It says that it’s trimmed, but when I opened the package, the meat was much bigger than I thought. It’s different from the picture.

Impressive!

Translated from Japanese: At any rate, delicious! It’s soft and has a firm taste. I have completely fallen for it. I will order again.

It was delicious!

Translated from Japanese: I marinated it lightly with homemade salty rice malt, grilled it in a skillet and ate it like that. It was soft and really delicious. I think it would suit Japanese dishes, too. Since I started eating beef from HORIZON FARMS, I haven’t been going out for yaki niku anymore. I’m really thankful I can eat high quality, organic meat at home from cows that were raised preciously. Because it conveys the feeling of having received something valuable, it gives you a sense of gratitude when you eat together with your family.
