A generous 1kg of real, high-quality crumbled ricotta cheese made in Italy, the home of cheese, using the milk of Italian dairy cows. Ricotta cheese is made by boiling down the whey that is produced during the cheese-making process. It is characterized by its low-fat content, refreshing taste, and milky sweetness. The milk used for this cheese comes from Italian dairy cows that, according to European regulations, are not treated with growth-promoting hormones or antibiotics except for therapeutic purposes, and is made with only pasteurized cow' milk and salt, without any additives. The cheese is cellulose-free, preservative-free, sweetener-free, colorant-free, flavoring-free, and free of any food additives. 

These cheeses are individually quick-frozen (IQF) while still moist so that they remain beautifully white and soft after defrosting, and for convenience to allow you to use only what you need, when you need it. 

You can enjoy it as it is, in salads, on bread as bruschetta, or as a dessert with honey and nuts. Since it has a neutral taste, it is extremely versatile and can be used for many different types of dishes like pasta, pastries, pancakes, and much more!
