One pack of ground / minced venison. Each pack contains 300g (10.5oz) of the finest ground venison cut from the rump, shoulder, or loin. Deer meat tends to be very lean. Nevertheless, ground venison is exceptionally versatile, allowing you to prepare it in various ways. The most popular recipes for venison meat are venison burger, "hunters casserole" and venison bolognese.
