Please note that this product is Organic JAS-certified wheat flour that has been repacked into smaller, more convenient bags. Because of the repacking, the smaller bags do not have the Organic JAS mark, but please rest assured that the flour itself is organic wheat flour.
This organic cake flour is made with organic wheat grown on expansive farms in the northern United States. Each pack contains 1kg (2lbs 3oz.). The wheat is grown according to Organic JAS standards, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or GMOs. It is also not treated with post-harvest chemicals, and no food additives are used. Enjoy its clean, natural wheat flavor and pleasantly toasty aroma.
With its fine texture and easy-to-use consistency, this flour is suitable for a wide range of cooking and baking uses, including cookies, cakes, crepe batter, white sauce, and more. It also works well for thickening sauces and making batter for tempura, fried chicken, and other fried foods.

| Frying Safety |
When making deep-fried sweets or similar items, please be sure to follow the instructions below. The dough may burst, causing hot oil to splatter and potentially resulting in burns. For doughnuts, corn dogs, and other doughs kneaded with water, please be sure to add both at least 3g of baking powder and at least 10g of sugar per 100g of flour. For Spanish-style fried sweets and other doughs kneaded with boiling water, please be sure to pipe the dough using a star-shaped piping tip to create ridges on the surface before frying. |
