The pasta has a nice and popular thickness of 1.7mm. Completely GMO-free and nasty-free, meaning it can be enjoyed by the whole family with no worries. This pasta is made using bronze-die extrusion, making it rough and sturdy which makes it more receptive to sauces and condiments. For an authentic Italian texture, the recommended cooking time is 11 minutes, but this pasta will not lose its flavor if cooked longer for a softer texture. We recommend oil-based sauces or simple tomato sauce for an exquisite meal. This pasta is also suitable for special occasions and will have you feel like you're on a trip in Italy.
