Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Please note that if this product is bought together with frozen items, it may arrive partially or fully frozen. Rest assured there are no quality or safety issues.

This pasta is bursting with delicious wheat flavor and is made from only organic durum wheat called "semolina" and the freshest mountain water from Southern Italy. That's it. Fettuccine pasta is flat and this one is cut 1.5mm thin. Perfect for your favorite pasta dishes like fettuccine alfredo and more. Completely GMO-free and nasty-free, meaning it can be enjoyed by the whole family with no worries. Enjoy authentic, organic, and delicious Italian spaghetti.

This pasta is made using bronze-die extrusion, making it rough and sturdy which makes it more receptive to sauces and condiments. For an authentic Italian texture, the recommended cooking time is 13 minutes, but this pasta will not lose its flavor if cooked longer for a softer texture. Due to being flatter, fettuccine pasta best suits thick sauces that are either tomato-based or cream-based. This pasta is also suitable for special occasions and will have you feel like you're on a trip in Italy.
