Free-range duck can have varying shades of color. Therefore, the color of the meat you receive may vary with each order and could be a darker red than the picture. In any case, please rest assured that the meat is freshly processed in Japan, and there are no problems with quality, taste, or safety.
200g (7oz.) of free-range sliced duck meat from Kyoto, Japan. The slices are cut from the breast and are about 2mm thick and can be conveniently used in a variety of dishes such as stews or stir-fries. When used in stews like hot pot, soba or sukiyaki, the meat becomes delicately soft and the soup becomes rich and full of flavor. Simply seasoning it with salt and pepper for a quick and easy BBQ is our recommended way of enjoying this luxurious meat.
