Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Please note that the tube does not have an inner lid and the contents may spill out when opening, therefore we recommend opening it slowly. Thank you for your understanding.

The chicken used to create this stock powder are free of hormones, antibiotics and chemicals. The stock powder is also gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free. No use of MSG, palm products, maltodextrin or additives - ever.

Simply add it to water to instantly create a quick and delicious stock or conveniently use it to season or marinate roasts, meatballs, hamburgers, vegetables, soups and more to further enhance each dish's flavor. Also recommended for dishes with staple ingredients like risotto or paella. For one person, the recommended amount is 1 teaspoon. One tube is enough to make 13 liters (440oz) of stock.
