All-natural fermented ginger powder crafted from fresh ginger cultivated at the base of the Suzuka Mountains in Mie Prefecture. Only ginger grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers is used, employing a meticulous process of heating, maturing, and fermenting. Absolutely no additives or other nasties. The outcome is a powder with 420 times more gingerol compared to regular fresh ginger (by weight). Gingerol is known to enhance blood circulation and warm the body. This powder boasts a robust aroma and flavor, and even a small pinch packs a considerable amount of spiciness. We recommend starting with a modest amount and adjusting to your preference.
Creating ginger tea is a breeze – just add hot water. For added flavor, consider incorporating honey or lemon juice.
