Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Introducing our 3-pack set of frozen all-natural sugar-coated donuts - the perfect guilt-free treat for any donut lover! These donuts are simple yet delicious, with cane sugar sprinkled on top for the perfect amount of sweetness. They are made with organic ingredients where possible, with up to 30% of the wheat used being organic spelt wheat. Egg-free and dairy-free, making them suitable for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.

These donuts are made with love right here in Japan. Handmade by Yamaneko Donuts, a family-run business based in Gujo City, Gifu. Each bag contains three individually wrapped freshly fried then frozen donuts, which can be defrosted individually. We recommend defrosting them naturally at room temperature for around 30 minutes and then warming them in a toaster for 2-3 minutes before serving.

This is the "plain" flavor with sprinkled cane sugar on top. We also offer a "naked" flavor with no added toppings or frills - you can top them to your own liking with melted chocolate, cinnamon, syrup, and more. Click here to view the "naked" flavor.
