Like their beef counterparts, these are pork ribeye steaks. Compared to the pork loin steaks these have more fat marbling and will, therefore, turn incredibly juicy and flavorful. Pork ribeye steaks perform best on the grill. You get 1 thick and pre-sliced boneless steak which weighing 300g (10.5oz).

100% real free-range and naturally raised pork from Hokkaido, Japan, probably the only place in Japan that has space for free-roaming animals. Happy as a pig in mud. Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the free-range pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn, and winter - 24 hours, all year free-range on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. Read more about the farm below.

Free-range pork, in this case, pastured pork tastes different because it is different! The pigs are able to exercise freely and build natural muscles without the aid of growth promoters. They get to wander and forage and interact with the herd - the way nature intended. Taste the difference!

The taste, meat, and cost performance are good.

Translated from Japanese: The taste is good, the cut is so thick that it’s incomparable to supermarket meat, and it’s satisfying to eat. I will order again.

Translated from Japanese: It has a lot of fat, but I can eat it properly anyway.
My family also says it's delicious, so I get it every time I order here.

I made the Filipino dish adobo.

Translated from Japanese: I cut it into bite-sized pieces and used it to make adobo.
My husband praised me for the sweetness of the fat and the deliciousness that didn’t feel heavy on the stomach. Next time, I'm going to sauté it.

Even if there is fat, it doesn’t smell, so this is very delicious pork

Translated from Japanese: It was so delicious I loved it ... After just one bite I thought that although there was fat attached, it didn’t smell and I didn’t feel greasy after eating, so I wanted to order it again. I can’t always afford it because of the price, but it's a sautéed reward.
