Juicy and flavorsome Yakiniku slices from 100% Kurobuta pork belly. Kurobuta pork is juicy, well-marbled, and has a superior flavor. These cuts are specifically made for Yakiniku or Japanese rice bowl dishes that call for braised pork belly cuts. This pack contains a total of 100g (3.5oz) of slices. Please note that Kurobuta belly is extra fatty and some cuts may come with have larger portions of fat on them, they render beautifully on the Yakiniku grill and provide extra rich flavor.
100% full-blooded Kurobuta pork is well-known for superior quality, juiciness, flavor, and marbling. Kurobuta is slightly darker in color and richer in flavor. The Kurobuta pigs are raised on open pasture as nature intended. The pigs are free to forage and wallow on the open pasture and are raised slowly with love and respect.
