Only fat

Translated from Japanese: Since it’s pork belly, it must be relatively fatty, but this was almost only fat and made me feel sick after I ate it.
I wish the store considered packing a product that is well-balanced in terms of lean and fatty parts.

This time it was too greasy.

Translated from Japanese: It's still very delicious, but this time I was sad because it was full of fat.
I bought this free-range pork because I was concerned about my health...
If there’s too much fat, you can use less oil when cooking, so you can order with confidence.
As the taste is very good!

As it is or for arrangements!

Translated from Japanese: I like it very much. It has elasticity and richness.
I wondered if I’d like Iberian pork, as it’s expensive and the environmental footprints in terms of transportation were on my mind, too.
But even as it is, it was delicious. Boiled, smoked, steamed with vegetables, cooked with rice, etc., baked with walnut miso! All of that was delicious. Even the fat is delicious, so my family, who usually don't eat fat, was happy to eat it. I will order again.

Translated from Japanese: To be honest, I ordered this without expecting much.
However, I was surprised when I ate it.
It was insanely delicious.
I will order again.

Worth it

Translated from Japanese: When you eat it, the fat melts like butter and tastes sweet. The meat is soft and crispy.
The best pork fried with ginger ever.
