With spice curry and sweet and sour pork!

Translated from Japanese: I have been reordering it many times.
At first, I bought it for curry, but when I tried to make sweet and sour pork after seeing the reviews of other people, my husband and I groaned at how delicious it was!
It's not greasy and every time you chew it, the taste of the meat overflows in your mouth.
I don’t like curry from restaurants, so I use original spices to make pork curry, but my husband likes it when the large cut meat is satisfying, and I am requested to "make it as it is".
It doesn't soften even when stewed, but it's not streaky and has a loose texture, so even I, who has a weak chin, can comfortably chew.
I'm eating meat without feeling guilty! I think that the cost performance and the taste make this the best pork.

It was delicious.

Translated from Japanese: My family loved the curry I made with this!
I boiled it in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.
I put the vegetables in almost as a whole.
The streaks were tough and the other parts were chewy and it was delicious, without any odor.
Reordering.

I made stew.

Translated from Japanese: There was more volume than it seemed at first.
I didn't feel the smell of meat at all, and there was almost no fat, so it felt a little dry, but it was delicious.

This quality is very satisfying at this price.

All Natural Free-Range Pork Shoulder Meat for Stews (450g)

Horizon Farms
PK351

Description

These are pork cuts from the pork shoulder and therefore a little bit tougher than our regular pork cubes from the (leg) ham which are tender. We recommend this for slow cooking and stews only.

Each cube is large-sized so you can cut it smaller if needed. These come in 450g (1lbs) packs. Store multiple packs in the freezer for quick and easy meals. Taken straight from the freezer and defrosted in cold water a pack is ready for cooking in less than 45 minutes.

100% real free-range and naturally raised pork from Hokkaido, Japan, probably the only place in Japan that has space for free-roaming animals. Happy as a pig in mud. Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido that are raised completely free-range in the Tokachi area. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. Read more about the farm below.

Free-range pork, in this case, pastured pork tastes different because it is different! The pigs are able to exercise freely and build natural muscles without the aid of growth promoters. They get to wander and forage with the herd and interact and do not suffer the same stress as intensively farmed pigs. Give it a try and taste the difference! Raising pigs free-range on open pastures is an extremely cost-intensive operation that makes free-range pork more expensive compared to conventional pork products.

And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. The pigs are a slow and naturally grown British Camborough breed. They are fed a large variety of feed mixes that contain all kinds of grains, corn, soybeans, and other vegetables and farm produce (pigs can’t survive only on grass, so there won't be grass-fed pork any time soon). Newborn stay in a shelter together with their mother until they learn how to take care of themselves. No tail clipping of piglets, no gestation crates for sows. No factory farming. They receive all the respect, love and care. See for yourself, all images and videos are real.

Healthy meat!

Translated from Japanese: I mixed it with onions to make a hamburger steak. I made 3 large hamburgers. It's a small package, so you won’t waste any. It was delicious.

Translated from Japanese: There is not much minced meat that you can eat with no worries, so this one saved me. I made meat sauce by mixing it with minced meat of grass-fed beef. It was better than usual. I thought that the ingredients are the most important when cooking.

Organic and delicious

Translated from Japanese: I made a hamburger steak with this store’s minced pork and minced beef and it was very popular with my family!
Very delicious and I will order this again ^ - ^

I made meatloaf

Translated from Japanese: I made meatloaf by combining this minced meat with minced meat from Australia.
I used onions, carrots, salt, pepper and soy sauce and kneaded everything with eggs until the meat turned sticky and formed it into sticks.
I put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes first, and then at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
I made very delicious meatloaf 😘
The gravy, when you put it in your mouth, is the best.

You can use it for anything

Translated from Japanese: Just like the others said, there was no smell, and you can use it for any dish, which makes it’s convenient.
Fat usually doesn’t stick well, so I was surprised when I formed it into hamburgers (with no issues).
It’s the kind of product that makes my family feel troubled if we don’t see it in our fridge anymore.

At any rate, delicious

Translated from Japanese: I love eggs and I usually eat them boiled, fried, and scrambled without much seasoning, but these eggs are delicious! When I boiled the eggs, I inadvertently heated it a little longer, but it was still very delicious.

Fresh! White yolk!??

Translated from Japanese: I was surprised because it was whiter than the ones in the supermarket, but I was convinced by seeing the feed of the chickens.

Light rather than rich
No unpleasant taste and no odor
It’s an egg that you can eat as many as you like.

I forgot the salt and made a fried egg
It’s delicious enough to eat as it is.

Surprisingly delicious

Translated from Japanese: The natural flavor of the pork itself and the smoked flavor are exquisite and really delicious. I received thick slices, but the balance of the spices suit thin slices better.

Translated from Japanese: Delicious! I will buy it again. I will buy it for my friends.
The texture is like ham. It tastes very meaty. The spices are just right.

Translated from Japanese: I bought it because I wanted additive-free bacon. The taste is very delicious and I would like to order again.

Translated from Japanese: I tried it for the first time, but I am very satisfied with the price for a product without additives.
It has a nice scent of smoke right when you open the package.

Convenient

Translated from Japanese: It's delicious pumpkin. There’s a lot in the pack. It's good that it's divided into 3 bags. My freezer was filled to the brim, but I was able to share it with my family.

Love them!

Translated from Japanese: They have a gentle sweetness, they’re sweet to the core and really delicious.
When you shortly heat them up in the microwave and put only pon-zu vinegar and soy sauce on them, it turns into a masterpiece!
I’ve been eating them like dried sweet potatoes or sweet roasted chestnuts!
Because I trust these products, I will order again.

Sweet~

Translated from Japanese: From harvesting, storing to processing, I wonder if these are the reasons for the taste. They’re much sweeter than those from supermarkets. Delicious.

Happy

Translated from Japanese: I bought a whole pumpkin in the supermarket and cut it with a kitchen knife, but it was troublesome to remove the seeds. I want the nutrients of pumpkins, but until now, I refused to get frozen ones. But because these were labeled organic, I ordered them.
The package size is similar to the ones they sell in supermarkets, so I wish it was easier to differentiate that these are organic.

Convenient

Translated from Japanese: I’m very thankful because you can’t get organic vegetables from abroad very easily in Japan. Even if you eat them the way they are, they were really delicious.
