You get 500g (1.1lbs) of ground chicken/mince. We use the whole chicken breast - nothing else. This may be the cleanest, the purest, healthiest ground chicken in Japan. The chicken is ethically raised and naturally slow grown and therefore the meat is much healthier, tastier, and juicier than commodity chicken.
Ground chicken equals chicken burgers. Our top favorite and a fantastic way to save the day with a quick and healthy meal. The pack defrosts within 30 min in cold water. We like to mix the ground chicken with ground pepper, sea salt, hot sauce, lemon juice, and paprika powder and form into 3 burger patties and cook them with olive oil in the fry-pan over medium heat. The burgers are juicy and taste amazing just the way they are! If you want to have the full deal, use tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, and freshly made avocado sauce. Don't forget the burger buns. If you like it hot and spicy try chicken burgers with authentic harissa sauce.
