Note that organic chicken meat tends to have red or brown coloring around the bones even after cooking. This is not blood, rather it is proteins called myoglobin and hemoglobin which are predominantly found in healthy free-range chicken that exercise and move a lot. There are no safety or quality concerns. Brining the chicken 24h prior to cooking in a salt solution helps reduce the visual impact.
You get one pack of wingette and drumette mix. They are also known as nibbles. If you like the dark meat of chicken and chicken wings and if you like nibbling then this is made just for you. Each pack contains a few drummettes, aka. tabamoto in Japan, not to be mistaken with the much larger drumstick which comes from the leg. And a few wingettes aka. tebanaka in Japan which is the midsection of the wing. Probably the most popular recipe for chicken nibbles is honey soy chicken. All you need is honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, and ginger. Marinade the chicken for approx. 1h before cooking in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes.

Translated from Japanese: I often use it for pot-au-feu using a pressure cooker.
I also use it to make bone broth because it’s safe meat.
It has no odor and no extra fat like the ones at the supermarket, and it always tastes great!
Translated from Japanese: Thank you for always providing safe and quality meat.
The soup in which these chicken wings are stewed is rich in collagen and my skin is completely different the next day. The meat doesn’t become hard even when it’s cooled down, so I put it in my family’s lunch boxes.
The meat is tender, the fat is not greasy, and there is no odor. It’s my family’s favorite.
Translated from Japanese: I simmered the fish and everyone ate it with the salt they like.
There’s no smell at all and the richness and flavor stand out.
Translated from Japanese: I fried it.
It has no odor and is really delicious!
I want order again and make curry or a stew!
Translated from Japanese: It’s organic chicken, and it’s helpful that it’s already cut into pieces so it can be cooked immediately.
I’d like to order again.
