Each vacuum pack contains 400g (14.1oz.) of boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins. Tenderloins, commonly called tenders or strips, have a soft texture. The chickens are humanely raised free-range with absolutely no growth-promoting hormones or GMO feed. They grow up stress-free in their natural environment and at a natural pace, resulting in healthy, well-formed meat.
Chicken tenders are low fat with a delicate texture and simple flavor. This makes them extremely versatile for different kinds of cuisine and a wide variety of dishes. The thinner, uniform size of the cuts also makes them quick and easy to cook.
