Tasmanian Premium Sashimi Grade Salmon Fillet (1.2kg)
Choose options
This is one closely trimmed, whole skinless fillet of the finest Tasmanian salmon (Atlantic Salmon) with the bones removed. The whole fillet is very large in size - so you might need to cut the fillet into smaller portions and cook them individually. If you have a large grill or smoker, this magnificent piece might fit as a whole. This size of fillet easily feeds the whole family including the in-laws. The skin has been completely removed, so you have a clean piece of the finest filet only. Skinless fillets are recommended for cooking in the oven or for steam cooking by wrapping them in aluminum foil together with vegetables and olive oil. Our salmon is sashimi/sushi-grade which means you can serve and consume this filet raw.
These salmon are sustainably farmed and RSPCA certified - Australia's most trusted animal welfare organization. offshore farmed in deep waters in oxygen-rich low densities without the use of antibiotics. With excellent quality, transparency and safety, this is the finest premium salmon for the whole family to enjoy.
