All-natural and free-range Kurobuta (Berkshire) smoked pork hot dog sausages from the United States of America - each pack contains 4 thick uncured sausages each about 14cm (5.5") long. Sourced from free-range pigs that have never been treated with growth hormones or antibiotics and the sausages contain only super clean all-natural ingredients. Free of preservatives, additives, nitrates / nitrites, MSGs, gluten and other nasties, just family farm produced, ethically raised pork and top quality natural spices from around the world. Freshly prepared and blast frozen.
These aromatic sausages are slowly smoked using apple wood chips. The sausage is roughly minced, so you can enjoy the firm texture of the meat with the juicy flavor explosion from the fat. Throw it on the grill and eat it as is, in a bun, in your pasta, or however you like.
