Organic JAS Certified Matcha:
This Japanese matcha is made from tea leaves grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Crafted from tea leaves nurtured with pure water and human care in the pristine mountain air of Shizuoka, this matcha powder is organically derived from all-natural tea plants cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
How to Make Matcha Latte (1 serving):
Combine 13g of milk powder and 2g of matcha powder in a sealed container like a shaker, along with 150ml of cold or hot water. For cold water, shake vigorously until well combined; for hot water, stir well (or shake very carefully) until combined. Adjust the amount of powder or water to your desired thickness. If you want a stronger matcha flavor, we recommend doubling the amount of Matcha to 4g. Using a higher proportion of matcha may leave you with extra milk powder - nice for making pure milk or in other recipes.
We also offer individual grass-fed milk powder (whole milk type / skim milk type) and matcha. Additionally, we have other tea powders available besides Matcha, such as "sencha" green tea, "genmaicha" brown rice tea, and "hojicha" roasted green tea varieties.
