One 750ml (25.4oz) bottle of organic white wine, carefully crafted in line with strict European organic certification standards. This wine is produced by Viña Ijalba, a renowned winery located in La Rioja, one of Spain's most celebrated wine regions. Made from organically grown Viura grapes, and cultivated without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides, this dry white wine is macerated at low temperatures and gently cold pressed to preserve the grapes' natural aroma and freshness.
Ijalba Viura is a fresh, dry white wine characterized by its vibrant yellow color, well-balanced acidity, and a fresh, smooth mouthfeel. On the palate, it unfolds rich and elegant aromas reminiscent of green apples, citrus fruits, and white flowers. Light-bodied and best enjoyed young, it pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes from sashimi and grilled fish to carpaccio, appetizers, and traditional Japanese cuisine.

About Viña Ijalba Organic Wine
Viña Ijalba is a pioneering organic winery based in Logroño, at the heart of Spain’s La Rioja region. Sitting 350-500 meters (1,150–1,640 ft) above sea level, the area enjoys a continental climate shaped by cool breezes from the Cantabrian Sea. The winery has gradually expanded its vineyards by reclaiming former mining land as part of its long-term commitment to sustainability. Notably, Viña Ijalba was the first winery in Rioja to receive organic certification.
In addition to practicing environmentally friendly organic viticulture, Viña Ijalba works with the University of La Rioja to revive endangered native grape varieties such as Maturana and Graciano, contributing to the preservation of regional biodiversity. Their wines, crafted using natural, ecological methods grounded in traditional Rioja winemaking, are consistently of exceptional quality and stand out for their distinctive character.
