One bottle of organic Spanish Cava, a traditional sparkling white wine carefully crafted in line with strict European organic certification standards. Cava Brut Nature Familia is produced in the Penedès region of Catalonia, one of Spain’s most celebrated areas for Cava. Made from organically grown Macabeo grapes and old-vine Xarel·lo grapes, the fruit is carefully hand-harvested, fermented in the bottle using traditional methods, and aged for more than 26 months to create a deep, flavorful sparkling wine.
This Cava has fine golden bubbles, a creamy mouthfeel, and a lively freshness that spreads beautifully across the palate. The balanced sweetness and crisp acidity linger through a long, rich finish, making each sip feel smooth, bright, and satisfying. It is a beautiful choice as an aperitif, and pairs especially well with seafood, pasta, rice dishes, and light chicken dishes.

Fèlix Massana Ràfols is a family-run winery located in the Penedès region of Catalonia, Spain, an area renowned for both wine and Cava production. For generations, the family has continued the tradition of grape growing with deep respect for the land, while also incorporating modern cultivation techniques to produce high-quality organic wines and Cava. Surrounded by beautiful mountain vineyards, the region’s limestone-rich soil, altitude, and unique climate all contribute to the quality and character of the grapes.
The winery carefully selects only high-quality grapes and cultivates both native varieties suited to the local terroir and carefully chosen international varieties.
