200g (7oz) of wonderful beefy, lean and tender beef cuts for stew from grass-fed beef. We don't use trimmings, only whole muscle cuts of rump and chuck - cuts that are usually reserved for tender roasts or even steaks. Note that a small portion of the dices come with fatty parts which are essential for a hearty beef stew or slow-cooked dish. Keep in the freezer for quick and healthy meals for the whole family.
This beef comes from New Zealand farms that never treat their cattle with growth hormones or antibiotics. No GMOs or chemicals are used on the pastures where the cows graze.
