The product images are of the 500g option after it has been heated.
For the 100g size, each pack contains 2 to 3 slices. While every pack meets or exceeds the stated weight, please note that the number and size of the slices may vary.
Fully cooked grass-fed beef brisket made from free-range New Zealand cattle. Simply heat the unopened pack in hot water and it's ready to serve. Choose from a generous 500g (1.1lb) pack, perfect for special meals and parties, or two convenient 100g (3.5oz) packs for easy everyday use. The beef is seasoned simply using our own original recipe of salt and spices. No additives, no sugar, and the beef is never treated with preventative antibiotics or growth hormones, so you can enjoy it with total peace of mind.
The beef is first marinated and seasoned, then slowly roasted over a long period to break down the collagen, resulting in tender, juicy beef that easily pulls apart. Once heated, simply pull the beef apart with a fork and enjoy. Serve with sides such as veggies and mashed potatoes for a steakhouse-style meal at home. It's also perfect for pulled beef sandwiches, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, BBQ pizza, or even pasta. With almost no preparation required, it's perfect for keeping in the freezer for busy days, BBQs, or whenever you want an easy way to add some extra protein to a meal.

Pulled Beef Recipe Instructions
Boil water in a deep pot, then place frozen, unopened package in hot water and heat on low until heated through. This will generally take around 35 minutes for 500g or 10-15 minutes for 100g.

Once heated through, remove from the package and place on a large cutting board.

Using two forks, gently pull the meat apart. For best results, shred it along the grain, as if combing through the meat. If there are any parts that are difficult to pull apart with a fork, use a knife.

Once finely shredded, the brisket is ready to serve. Enjoy with vegetables and mashed potatoes, or top with BBQ sauce and turn it into a sandwich.
