Tender and juicy stew cuts from the chuck eye of premium grain-fed beef. If you are looking for beef cuts for stews with a higher fat ratio and great marbling for juiciness, beef stew cuts from the chuck eye are exactly what you need. The longer you cook the cuts the more tender they become. The fat will render during the cooking process giving your dish a rich and flavorful accent. We do not use any trimmings or off-cuts for this product. Cut straight from the whole chuck eye and packed into 300g packs (10.5oz) for convenient use. Each piece is cut into 2-3 cm which is the perfect size for home-made and healthy stews. Using a pressure cooker will take only 45 minutes for a beef stew that serves 3 adults.

They are fed the finest selection of local GMO-free grains for 130 days prior to harvest which gives the beef a rich flavor and deep marbling. At no point are the cows given growth hormones or treated with subtherapeutic antibiotics.
