These are cubes from the striploin, tenderloin and the ribeye of beef from either the Morgan Ranch from Nebraska, Tasmanian Wagyu from Robbins Island or New Zealand Ocean Beef. Whenever we process these whole cuts into smaller portions, we have sizes that fall under our specifications, these get cut into dices/cubes and end up as 250g packs. Logically we only have a few of these. Because these are cuts from a primal used for steaks only you can expect them to be incredibly tender. Too good to use for stews. We love using them for skewers aka. veggie kebobs. The fry-pan or skillet at home, any store-bought long wooden sticks do the job. All you need is vegetables, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh black pepper.

The berries are small, but delicious!
