These are cubes of beef produced when cutting steaks, from either Australia, New Zealand, or the USA. Whenever we process these whole cuts into smaller portions, we have sizes that fall under our specifications, these get cut into dices/cubes and end up as 250g packs. Logically we only have a few of these. Because these are cuts from a primal used for steaks only you can expect them to be incredibly tender. Too good to use for stews. We love using them for skewers aka. veggie kebobs. The fry-pan or skillet at home, any store-bought long wooden sticks do the job. All you need is vegetables, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh black pepper.

Translated from Japanese: The smell was worse than the last one I purchased. Also, the package did not say "Angus beef" anymore? The other meat I bought together with this was very delicious when grilled.
Translated from Japanese: I just grilled it with salt and pepper. It became a soft diced steak full of umami.
I can eat such delicious meat at home ...!
It goes well with grilled vegetables.
The pieces were cut into a size that was easy to eat, and it was easy to cook, too.
Translated from Japanese: I ordered for an anniversary!
It was very delicious, and my husband also ate it deliciously.
I’d like to order for a special day again.
Translated from Japanese: New Zealand grass-fed beef, hormones- and antibiotics-free, safe and secure meat. A valuable product that can rarely be found in ordinary markets.
Translated from Japanese: It's soft and really delicious!
I can't eat meat from other stores anymore!
