Rest assured there are no quality or safety issues. Sliced thin, so they can be cooked easily in just a few minutes. Finish it off with just a little sea salt and lemon juice. Simmental beef is a common breed in western Europe and known for its portion sizes, distinctive beefy flavor, and tenderness.
