A 200g (7oz) pack of free-range beef tongue slices. This product is being offered at a special discounted price because the slices are irregular in size compared to the standard products. Rest assured there are no quality or safety issues. Sliced thin, so they can be cooked easily in just a few minutes. Finish it off with just a little sea salt and lemon juice. Simmental beef is a common breed in western Europe and known for its portion sizes, distinctive beefy flavor, and tenderness.
