Pre-smoked and ready to eat, our grass-fed beef rump dice cuts make it easy to enjoy the natural flavor of clean beef. Each pack contains 100g (3.5oz) of beef, cut into convenient 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8") cubes. Naturally smoked with no added salt, spices, or seasonings, the only ingredient is New Zealand grass-fed rump — a pure blank canvas for you to season and enjoy as you like. Raised without growth hormones or preventative antibiotics and crafted entirely free from nitrates, sodium nitrite, curing salts, preservatives, artificial colors, and other chemical additives, this is a product you can enjoy with confidence.
Rump is a lean cut from a well-exercised part of the animal, known for its firm texture and hearty bite. Because the cubes are pre-cut into bite-sized pieces, they’re convenient straight from the bag as a snack or salad topping, or can be added into hot dishes such as stir-fries, omelets, tacos, or chili. Heating them briefly enhances their flavor as the fat softens, so we recommend warming them in the microwave (covered with wrap) or stirring them in at the end of cooking for the best results.
