Pre-smoked and ready to eat after thawing, these grass-fed beef rump cubes make it easy to enjoy the natural flavor of clean beef. Each pack contains 100g (3.5oz) of beef, cut into convenient 1–2cm (0.4–0.8") cubes. Naturally smoked with no added salt, spices, or seasonings, the only ingredient is New Zealand grass-fed beef rump, making it easy to enjoy as is or season to your liking. Raised without growth hormones or preventative antibiotics, and made without nitrates, sodium nitrite, curing salts, preservatives, artificial colors, or other chemical additives, this product is made simply, with only grass-fed beef and nothing unnecessary added.
Rump is a lean cut from a well-exercised part of the animal, known for its firm texture and hearty bite. Because the beef is already cut into bite-sized pieces, it is convenient to enjoy after thawing as a snack or salad topping, or to add to hot dishes such as stir-fries, omelets, tacos, or chili. Heating it briefly brings out even more flavor. For the best results, warm it in the microwave with wrap over the dish, or stir it in at the end of cooking.
