300g (10.5oz.) of grass-fed beef rump perfectly sliced for a delicious BBQ (yakiniku) party with your family and friends. The rump, particularly the outside round meat, is known to be firm in texture and contains plenty of red meat. It's a less common cut but very underrated - we think it is a perfect match for yakiniku slices. These slices suit any type of grilling, be it in a frying pan, a charcoal grill or outdoor camping. All this delicious meat needs is rock salt and freshly ground pepper.
✔ Free-range and open pasture-raised.
✔ Humanely raised and treated with respect by family-owned farms.
✔ No antibiotics or growth hormones - ever!
✔ No chemical pesticides on pasture land.
✔ GMO-free.
