This is the real deal wild boar from North America. Non-farmed, all-natural wild boar. Although we can't label these as organic, it simply does not get any more organic than this. This is probably one of the rare times where we can't provide you with the list of feed or the ranch they grew up on. Wild boars are omnivores, so they will eat almost anything. Their diet includes nuts, acorns, seeds, roots, fruit, rodents, and small reptiles. Unlike domestic pork, wild boar is much leaner and low in cholesterol. Wild boar is an excellent alternative to pork for those who want food that is good for them without sacrificing taste and quality. Wild Boar is high in protein and is a good source of monounsaturated fats and zinc.
