Freshly harvested broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, and dice cut carrots in equal portions that are blanched and then individually flash-frozen (IQF) to preserve freshness, color, and quality. Absolutely no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and GMO-free. Steam them right in your microwave or enjoy them raw for delicious organic snacking. 

These vegetables are great for all kinds of dishes. Sauté with garlic and butter, grill alongside a steak, freshen up a creamy casserole, or add some lightness and color to a hearty stew.
