This strawberry is sourced from either Poland or Turkey. Please rest assured that both sources cultivate the strawberries to the same strict EU organic standards for superior quality. Please note that we cannot accept requests for a specific source country.

This product may contain strawberries of various sizes, both large and small. There may also be some instances of stem remnants from where they were cut off the strawberries. Please also note that the package is perforated to prevent bursting, so there may be small holes around 1 to 5mm. To avoid leaks, please move the contents to another container before thawing. Please rest assured there is no issue of safety or quality. Thank you for your understanding.

High-quality frozen strawberries in a convenient 300g (10.5oz) pack, ideal for everyday use and easy storage. Grown on organic farms in either Poland or Turkey, and harvested at peak ripeness. These strawberries come whole with stems removed, and are flash-frozen after harvest to lock in the fresh flavor. Free from added sugar, preservatives, sweeteners, colorings, and artificial flavors, these strawberries deliver pure, natural flavor you can enjoy with confidence.

These strawberries offer a naturally sweet flavor and fragrant aroma, making them an excellent addition to smoothies, yogurt, granola, or as a wholesome snack for children. Depending on the berry size, they can be enjoyed straight from the bag or sliced and prepared in a variety of ways. For optimal taste and texture, we recommend consuming them while still partially frozen to retain their natural fruit juice. They also work wonderfully in jams, fruit sauces, and baked goods.

About Certified Organic

This product is certified EU organic according to strict standards. But what does certified organic mean when it comes to fruits and vegetables?

✔ Strictly tested for E Coli, coliforms, molds, yeasts as well as listeria and salmonella and therefore meets very high microbiological safety standards.

✔ Free of harmful synthetic chemical inputs such as fertilizer, pesticides or any food additives.

✔ Free of genetically modified seeds (non-GMO)

✔ The farmland and soil in use are free of any chemical treatments.

✔ Organic produce is heavily regulated. Producers and importers are checked and inspected by governmental bodies or certified third parties. Organic certification requires detailed bookkeeping and documentation for 100% traceability. "Certified organic" is a protected phrase and the use is legally restricted.

✔ Organic farming is more sustainable when it comes to holistic food production. The lack of harmful pesticides is better for the environment.

✔ Organic produce comes mostly from family-owned farms that own smaller acres of organic land.

It is also important to mention that organic produce is more cost-intensive. Organic farming has lower yields compared to conventional farming and is oftentimes more labor-intensive as well. Additionally, organic certification and audits require annual fees for producers, exporters, and importers resulting in higher prices for the end consumers.

Please note that non-GMO and chemical-free produce will often have a minor degree of defects; these may include individual differences like slight deformities, discoloration, and under/over ripeness. In rare cases there may be insect damage, scratches, or mold which cannot be seen during inspections. However, these are not harmful and can simply be removed. Thank you for your understanding.
