These Certified JAS Organic chocolate chips are made with four simple organic ingredients and contain no substitute vegetable fats, emulsifiers, preservatives, flavorings, or other food additives. Each pack contains 100g (3.5oz.) of chocolate chips made with organic cocoa butter. They are ideal for homemade desserts, whether you are baking with family and friends or preparing sweets as a gift.
Made with 70% cacao, these chocolate chips have a rich cacao aroma, deep flavor, and a pleasantly bitter finish that pairs well with sweet baked goods. Each chip is approximately 5mm (0.19") in diameter, adding noticeable texture and chocolate flavor when mixed into batter. Use them in cookies, muffins, brownies, scones, pound cake, pancakes, and other homemade treats. They also work well as a topping for granola, yogurt, ice cream, or oatmeal and can be enjoyed straight from the pack.
