This jam's only ingredients are organic blue honeysuckle and organic sugar. Absolutely no preservatives, artificial flavorings, colorings, or any other additives, so you can rest easily knowing you're getting the unadulterated flavor of the fruit. This product is made by local farmers in Nakasatsunai, a village in the Tokachi area of eastern Hokkaido. Their motto is to bring their own crops to the dinner table and to help people experience joy through food. These farmers specialize in safe ingredients, only using their own JGAP Certified products (Japan Good Agricultural Practices) along with other carefully selected healthy ingredients. They are continuously developing products with an aim to maintain natural flavors with inherent nutritional value. The harsh Hokkaido climate that the plants are grown in allows us to enjoy a special appreciation of the natural strength and resilience of the ingredients and the farmers who grow them.
