160g (5.6oz) of certified organic artisan beef stock powder from Australia. This stock powder, also known as bouillon, is made with dehydrated grass-fed beef bone and the highest quality of finely ground organic vegetables, herbs and spices to create a nutritious, wholesome and flavorful stock. Simply add it to water to instantly create a quick and delicious stock or add it to curry, stews, stir-fries and more for a delicious flavor boost. For Korean dish lovers, use this powder to make dishes such as sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), bibimbap (mixed rice with vegetables), buchimgae (Korean pancake) and more. Despite its small size, one tube of this powder is enough to make 13 liters (440oz) of stock.
