Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Please note that the tube does not have an inner lid and the contents may spill out when opening, therefore we recommend opening it slowly. Thank you for your understanding.

This stock powder, also known as bouillon, is made with dehydrated grass-fed beef bone and the highest quality of finely ground organic vegetables, herbs and spices to create a nutritious, wholesome and flavorful stock. Simply add it to water to instantly create a quick and delicious stock or add it to curry, stews, stir-fries and more for a delicious flavor boost. For Korean dish lovers, use this powder to make dishes such as sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), bibimbap (mixed rice with vegetables), buchimgae (Korean pancake) and more. Despite its small size, one tube of this powder is enough to make 13 liters (440oz) of stock.

The beef bones used to create this stock powder are free of hormones, antibiotics and chemicals. The stock powder is also gluten-free, lactose-free and yeast-free. No use of MSG, palm products, maltodextrin or any other additives - ever.

Amazing product

The broth is quite rich and salty. I like to mix it with another beef bone broth available here and just have a cup of hot soup with my meals. The box is pretty handy as it does not take much space and is pretty much sealed even though it is made of paper. Can definitely recommend it!
