No additives, no dairy, and no eggs - hard to believe when you taste how delicious it is. Contrary to usual hamburger buns, these also come with no sesame seeds. When making bread, it's usual practice to use oil to make it easier to remove the dough from the case or baking sheet, but this bread is made without any extra oil and is instead carefully removed by hand. The natural flavor of wheat comes right through from the first bite as the bread isn't oxidized. Needless to say, it is also a great choice for those with dairy or egg allergies / intolerances.
The bread is frozen in perfect condition after baking and holds its texture so well after defrosting that they will taste like freshly baked buns. We recommend defrosting the buns at room temperature (or microwave if needed quickly) for those who like the soft and chewy texture. Also absolutely delicious when toasted for those who like a crunchier texture. This bread is so clean, it's delicious on its own, but is the perfect match for our high quality burger patties as well once sliced after defrosting.
