Free of growth-promoting hormones and subtherapeutic use of antibiotics. This is the finest lamb available. 300g (10.5oz) of the finest lamb shoulder slices. Our lamb shoulder slices come from boneless lamb shoulders and sliced to 2mm thick slices (5/64"). Lamb shoulder slices are very popular in the northern islands of Japan. Lamb shoulder slices are used in a dish called "Genghis Khan" which basically is Japanese BBQ (Yakiniku) - northern dishes have been taken over Japan's main island in recent years where they have been gaining rising popularity.
