Translated from Japanese: It’s lamb meat that can be eaten deliciously with just salt and pepper. This is my first impression.

Translated from Japanese: Thanks to the thin and clean cut, it can be used immediately after thawing, which is very convenient.
The price is just right. I simply fried it with onions, but I was impressed by the softness.
I’m really grateful that I can eat this with no worries. I will order again.

Lamb potato

Translated from Japanese: I made lamb potatoes because they are soft without the dullness of lamb. They were very popular with elementary school students who had a severe unbalanced diet and I was told to make them again. I will order again.

Buy More, Save More

New Zealand lamb is internationally known for its superior quality and taste. Our New Zealand lamb takes it one step further: All year free-range open pasture-raised, grass-fed lambs. Free of growth-promoting hormones and subtherapeutic use of antibiotics. This is the finest lamb available. If you have never tried lamb or had a bad experience with lamb in the past we urge you to give New Zealand premium quality lamb a try.

One pound (300g) of the finest lamb shoulder slices. Our lamb shoulder slices come from boneless lamb shoulders and sliced to 2mm thick slices (5/64"). Therefore the slices are round shaped like discs. Lamb shoulder slices are very popular in the northern islands of Japan. Lamb shoulder slices are used in a dish called "Genghis Khan" which basically is Japanese BBQ (Yakiniku) - northern dishes have been taken over Japan's main island in recent years where they have been gaining rising popularity.

Our lamb comes from family-owned and operated farms and ranches in New Zealand only. Ethical raising has always been the cultural tradition in New Zealand. New Zealand lamb shoulder is incredibly tender and loaded with flavor. Find out more below.

Translated from Japanese: I was looking for chicken with good traceability. Half-thawed, I grilled it in the oven and it was very delicious. It’s easier to use if the pack is divided into two.

Translated from Japanese: For families who don't like the smell of chicken, this chicken breast is delicious enough to always want to have it around.

Safe, secure and delicious!

Translated from Japanese: This is a reorder. I like chicken, but I heard that chicken on the market is often given various medicines such as antibiotics and hormones, so I was looking for safe chicken. The price is a little high, but it’s delicious and you can eat it with confidence. I would like to purchase it again as a good source of protein.

Translated from Japanese: I cooked it at low temperature with only sea salt. It was moist and tender, had no dullness and tasted like the chicken I ate a long time ago.

Delicious.

Translated from Japanese: The taste is rich and very delicious.
Nevertheless, it’s also soft.
I’m grateful that I can purchase products that I can feel at ease with.
I want to thank you.

I love chicken

Translated from Japanese: Chicken meat like chicken thighs, chicken breast and chicken wings are really delicious, even if you cook them with only salt and pepper.
But I like chicken thighs the most.
The telephone correspondence was polite and I was very pleased with it. I’m looking forward to ordering again.

I found good meat

Translated from Japanese: I served this for dinner to my husband, who absolutely refuses to eat chicken, but he silently ate everything cleanly. Thank you for this good food.
I will order again.

I’m surprised this is real chicken

Translated from Japanese: I started eating pesticide-free vegetables, and I was looking for safe grazing chicken and found this store here. What was the chicken I had until now? One pack contains 500gr, but it was cut into 5 pieces, so I didn't have to cut it into small pieces. First of all, I was surprised when I put the knife in. The chicken is messy when I put it in, but it’s easy to cut. Of course, the taste is delicious. I fried it in a frying pan with a lot of olive oil without any special seasoning, and it was very delicious. I ate it as it was without sauce. I’ve always liked lighter seasoning, so it was delicious without any. I was satisfied with the taste of the chicken itself.

Arrived the next day. I ate it immediately

Translated from Japanese: I thawed it in a frying pan with laurel and sake while it’s frozen, then rinsed everything off with water and cooked them crispy. Everyone in my family seasoned them themselves freely. With mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, pepper, olive oil, butter, salt, and soy sauce. I’m grateful for the lack of bones and pepper and soy sauce made it very delicious. Thank you.

Translated from Japanese: Because Japan is surrounded by the sea, you might think this is fish from overseas. It’s so delicious. My family keeps cooking, baking and steaming it. Lately, we’ve been frying it. Once we run out, we’d like to order again.

It's a delicious fish with no smell.

Translated from Japanese: It’s a very delicious and soft fish with no smell!
As you can see in the cooking instruction, it's delicious with salt and pepper and steamed with olive oil and it's also delicious with fish and chips!

Translated from Japanese: Blue hake is the fish that my kids love most when it comes to school lunches, but it's hard to get at stores, so I buy it here. This blue hake is thick and very delicious when fried.

So big it surprised me

Translated from Japanese: The legs are very big and fine. They’re filling.
Because it’s chicken raised by Bostock Brothers, it’s very delicious just like the other kinds!
In terms of size, it seems that there will be a lot of turns for celebrations.
I thought it was necessary to carefully check the inside while cooking because they’re so big.
Thank you to Horizon Farms and Bostock Brothers.

I’m impressed!

Translated from Japanese: I think it’s my first time eating free-range chicken. The shape was firm and it felt really filling. This amount of deliciousness surprised me! I’m shocked. I might not be able to have chicken from the supermarket anymore. I’m really thankful that you’re providing organic meat at an affordable price.

-

Translated from Japanese: I have been very curious about this one, so I’m ordering it together with the chicken liver which I had before. Our oven is not in a good condition, so I boiled it like samgyetang (a dish)! The part it was cut from is different (from what is used for samgyetang), but without fail I could make a delicious soup. The meat itself had no bad smell, was soft and really delicious.

The flavor of chicken is wow!!!

Translated from Japanese: I added simple flavors like onion, salt and pepper and baked it in the oven until turned brown. My husband also said “How is this meat so delicious!” in shock while eating. This meat’s level is so high it made us not want to eat it from anywhere else. Next time, I want to try a different kind of seasoning, so I will order again!

Amazingly delicious!

Translated from Japanese: I cooked it after simply marinating it with herbs, lemon, salt and pepper and olive oil. It was really delicious. There was no unpleasant smell at all, the skin is thin and became crispy, it also stayed in shape. It’s a big difference from chicken sold in ordinary supermarkets. I will order again!
