200g (7oz.) of the finest lamb shoulder slices. Our lamb shoulder slices come from boneless lamb shoulders and sliced to 2mm thick slices (5/64"). Lamb shoulder slices are very popular in the northern islands of Japan. Lamb shoulder slices are used in a dish called "Genghis Khan" which basically is Japanese BBQ (Yakiniku) - northern dishes have been taken over Japan's main island in recent years where they have been gaining rising popularity.
