Free-Range Kurobuta Pork Leg Slices (300g)

Horizon Farms

PK328

Due to the ever-increasing demand for free-range pork, we have added a new ranch to our family. This product will come from either Nakano Farms or Tsukinoakari Farms. Both the weight and the high quality of the pork are the same. Please note that we are not able to support requests for specific farms. Please refer to the bottom of this page for more information about our farms.

All-year free-range pork leg slices from pigs raised in an open pasture environment. This thinly sliced meat comes from the lean part of the pork leg and is perfect for Japanese dishes such as shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, or even just a simple stir fry. Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces. The pack weighs 300g (10.5oz) and each slice is 2mm thick.

100% full-blooded Kurobuta pork is well-known for superior quality, juiciness, flavor, and marbling. Kurobuta is slightly darker in color and richer in flavor. The Kurobuta pigs are raised on open pasture as nature intended. The pigs are free to forage and wallow on the open pasture and are raised slowly with love and respect. It goes without saying that the pigs are raised without antibiotics or growth-promoting hormones. All images are actual images of the family farms. See below.

So delicious!

Translated from Japanese: The meat at Horizon Farms is really delicious. Until now, I used to remove the fat of pork, which is safe and secure as I bought it elsewhere, but this meat has a refreshing fat part and is delicious without any odor. This time I made ginger and pork soup and it was insanely delicious. I will order again!

Translated from Japanese: It's very delicious ♪ It’s delicious even if you add it to ordinary stir-fried vegetables. I want to keep ordering this because it’s pork that I can eat with confidence.
