This product will always be at least 150g, but may have some variation in shape and appearance due to the nature of the product. Also, because this is delivered bone-in, it is not completely vacuum sealed and the sealing may vary between items. Thank you for your understanding.
Some products may have a visible bone to be used as a handle, while others may not. This is due to natural separation during heating which causes the meat to retract toward from the ankle to the calf area. There may be some individual differences, but please rest assured that this is not because of a different cut.
Smoked turkey drumsticks have arrived. Enjoy this convenient and flavorful addition to any celebration from holiday feasts to BBQ with friends. Each pack contains one turkey leg sourced from healthy free-range turkeys raised in New Zealand without any growth hormones, antibiotics, or other nasties. Smoked in Japan, the simple recipe of just turkey, salt, and smoke ensures the natural flavor of the meat is enhanced without being overpowered, and the clean ingredients make this meat a clean, safe choice for the whole family.
Brined for 24 hours and then wood-smoked, these turkey legs offer authentically rich and rustic flavor that's still hard to find in Japan. Sous vide in the vacuum pack or heat in the oven to have a meal 24+ hours in the making ready in just minutes. We recommend heating them in water for just a few minutes, and then moving them into the oven for the final touch to get them nice and crispy.
If you'd like to use your own recipe, consider our uncooked turkey legs. We also offer a smoked chicken leg if turkey's not your thing.

Preparation | ① Place turkey in its package in hot water and let heat for 20-30 minutes. ② After heating, unpack and cook in oven for about 10 minutes to crisp the skin. ③ Once the skin is browned and crispy, move to a dish and enjoy. ※ These lengths of time are a general guide. Individual differences in turkey legs may require more or less time. ※ If the meat isn't heating properly in the product packaging, it may work better in a heat-resistant resealable bag. ※ Please exercise caution when heating to avoid burns from splashing water. ※ Can also be enjoyed as is without cooking, or heated just in the water with no use of an oven. |
