400g (14oz.) of free-range farmed ground turkey mince from New Zealand. This ground turkey contains both breast and thigh meat and is extremely lean but at the same time, the dark thigh meat provides the perfect balance for juiciness. Turkey meat is known for its high protein low-fat values. If you are looking for the highest quality of free-range turkey - this is the best. Use this turkey mince for meatballs or burger patties. Use plenty of olive oil when cooking.
New Zealand free-range, and open pasture-raised white turkey - probably the first in Japan. The free-range turkeys spend their days roaming around fresh green paddocks, pecking and nibbling away as they explore the farm as nature intended. At night the turkeys are moved into the sheds to prevent exposure to harsh weather conditions and protect them from predators. It goes without saying that the birds were never treated with antibiotics or growth hormones. Compared to factory-farmed conventional turkeys, our turkeys are raised for 3 weeks longer.
