Range-Free Jidori Chicken Breast & Tenderloin Dice Cuts from Japan (100g)
Choose options
Premium-quality "jidori" (certified Japanese native chicken). Each pack contains 100g (3.5oz) of boneless, skinless range-free chicken breast and tenderloin, diced into convenient bite-sized pieces. This is Ginzan Akadori chicken, a rare, slow-grown breed raised in the lush countryside of Shimane Prefecture. Unlike typical broiler chickens raised in about 50 days, these birds are allowed to grow naturally for 120 to 150 days, developing deeper umami flavor and better texture. Raised without growth hormones or preventative antibiotics, and fed a custom fermented blend of rice, wheat, and okara, they're carefully nurtured with a focus on welfare and quality.
This chicken is naturally raised without chemical additives, resulting in breast meat that delivers clean, pure flavor in every bite. Despite the long rearing period and active lifestyle, the meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and full of rich umami without the dryness often associated with breast meat. Its naturally bold flavor shines with just salt and pepper. Skewer and grill for homemade yakitori, or pair with your favorite vegetables for a wholesome salad bowl. However you prepare it, this is a delicious, versatile protein you can feel good about.
