All-Natural Free-Range Pork Bologna Sausage (1pc)
Choose options
All-natural additive-free bologna sausage (also called baloney) from healthy free-range pigs raised in the lush Hokkaido countryside. One pack contains one 200g (7oz) sausage. These pigs are raised with great care by family farmers, and the sausage is kept simple and clean with a mix of meat and natural spices. Handmade and instant frozen to preserve freshness. Sodium nitrates/nitrites and curing salts are never used. Absolutely no preservatives, antibiotics, colorings, or any other preservatives. Also gluten-free and lactose-free. Simply all-natural, clean, transparent, and worry-free sausage.
This bologna sausage contains no food additives such as artificial coloring or thickeners. For that reason, this bologna differs from the traditional smooth pink color and flavor associated with varieties in the supermarket. With a juicy and soft, meaty texture similar to Japanese hamburg steak and robust flavor of pork and garlic, this meat can be fully enjoyed without worrying about unknown ingredients. The natural color alone is proof of its additive-free quality. Once thawed, the bologna can be cut to your desired thickness and enjoyed as is. Other recommended preparation includes frying on each side for a crispy exterior, or mixture into your favorite pasta sauce or vegetable stir-fry.
Horizon Farms offers a wide variety of additive-free sausage. Follow the link to view our full range of sausage offerings.

Happy as a pig in mud. Bathing in the nearby river during summer and playing around on the snowfields in winter - that's the happy life of the pigs on the family-owned El Paso Ranch in Hokkaido that are raised completely free-range in the Tokachi area. And when we say free range we mean the real deal free-range. Spring, summer, autumn and winter - 24 hours, all year free-roaming on 30 hectares (75 acres) of land. The pigs are a slow and naturally grown British Camborough breed. They are fed a large variety of feed mixes that contain all kinds of grains, corn, soybeans, and other vegetables and farm produce (pigs can’t survive only on grass, so there won't be grass-fed pork any time soon). Newborn stay in a shelter together with their mother until they learn how to take care of themselves. No tail clipping of piglets, no gestation crates for sows. No factory farming. They receive all the respect, love and care. See for yourself, all images and videos are real.
