These simple yet delicious sausages are made with grass-fed lamb, herbs, spices, and an all-natural lamb casing. No additives, no preservatives, no nasties - period. As they're raw, we recommend cooking them with light olive oil on very low heat. Turn often until the outside is light brown. If cooked in a frying pan, use a lid to accelerate the cooking process and the result will be a simple yet delicious addition to your breakfast or favorite meal.
