What are the best before dates?
Each product comes with its own label and expiration date. The expiration is written in Japanese: 賞味期限 (shou-mi-ki-gen) and the format is yyyy/mm/dd.

Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Each ice cream is individually packed and does not come in specialized set packaging. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that although a temperature-controlled frozen delivery service is used, during the extreme heat of the summer months the ice cream may arrive slightly defrosted. Please place the ice cream into the freezer immediately after delivery to refreeze. Rest assured that there are no safety or quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Dairy-free and certified organic gelato ice made from top quality all-natural 100% certified organic ingredients only. No additives, no preservatives, no emulsifiers, simply no nasties! This mix contains the following flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and green tea. Our Italian style gelato base is not milk but organic soymilk - which makes it 100% plant-based - the quality is so good, you won't be able to tell the difference. Gelato is the better version of classic ice cream. Compared to commodity ice cream this organic gelato is extremely low in calories and fat. Also, it has zero cholesterol because no dairy is used.

You get 3 small cups of 85ml (2.8oz) for every 3 flavors which equal 9 cups, 765ml (34.5oz) in total! 

■ Chocolate: The chocolate used is certified organic cocoa powder from Denmark - no flavors or colors added. 

■ Vanilla: The vanilla beans used are from Madagascar - no flavors or colors added. 

■ Green Tea: The green tea (matcha) used is from Japan - no flavors or colors added.

Absolutely delicious! The chocolate flavor is by far the best - very creamy and unbelievable that it is totally dairy-free! The matcha and vanilla flavors are also amazing. These are not overly sweet like most soy-based brands I’ve tried before. An excellent dessert that is low in calories, too. Will be buying these again.
