Until what temperature can I sous vide the meat in their own packaging?
Our packaging is sous-vide ready (the process of cooking meat in their packaging in hot water for a prolonged time) for water temperatures up to 95°C (200°F). We do not recommend temperatures close to the boiling point but temperatures around 60°C (140°F) with a cooking period between 45 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type and thickness of the meat.

Please note that although a temperature-controlled frozen delivery service is used, during the extreme heat of the summer months the ice cream may arrive slightly defrosted. Please place the ice cream into the freezer immediately after delivery to refreeze. Rest assured that there are no safety or quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Gelato is the better version of classic ice cream.

The chocolate used is certified organic cocoa powder from Denmark - no flavors or colors added. Only real organic ingredients. You get 5 small cups of 85ml (2.8oz) each which equals a total of 425ml (14oz). Compared to commodity ice cream, this organic gelato is extremely low in calories and fat. Also, it has zero cholesterol because no dairy is used.
