As our darkest variety, this 85% bar offers an aromatic cacao profile with refined bitterness and just a touch of sweetness. It’s perfect for those who enjoy the deep, authentic flavor of real chocolate or want to benefit from cacao’s natural nutrients, including polyphenols, cacao lignin, and magnesium.
