This ground lamb made from the lamb boneless shoulder only. No trimmings, nothing else added. Probably one of the cleanest lamb ground meat / minced lamb meat available. The fat to meat ratio is a natural 20/80 - which is the perfect ratio. Use ground lamb meat for lamb patties or Mediterranean dishes such as lamb kofta or kebabs.
